"I saw Dr Wells 9/17 with pain in my tooth I was X-ray , examined and diagnosed. It was decided to proceed with the treatment. A root canal was performed painlessly and I was given instructions for the postoperative care. The whole office staff were pleasant to deal with and the office was inviting! Don’t hesitate to use Dr Wells’s office for your treatment!!"

"The. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The facilities first rate! Dr Wells showed compassion and great expertise. I have had several root canal procedures performed on me over the years, but none like this: I had only a twinge of pain during the procedure and no soreness after the local anesthetic wore off. I would certainly recommend him and will return to him should I have need of his care in the future. I cannot recommend him more highly!"

"Dr. L. Kevin Wells was amazing! He made my root canal experience much easier than I expected. What I really appreciated was how he walked me through the procedure step by step and explained what he was doing along the way. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the entire process.His assistant, Lauren, was great as well. She was very helpful, reassuring, and helped me through the whole process from beginning to end.I was nervous about having a root canal, but Dr. Wells and Lauren made the experience smooth and comfortable. "They were able to schedule me for a root canal on very short notice. My dentist's office handled the scheduling so I can't say what that was like but I know that they were fast and efficient. Everyone I interacted with was polite and pleasant, the office was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I don't actually know the name of the endodontist who did my root canal but he and his assistant were both all class. Clearly explained everything, numbing was seamless, I literally didn't feel a thing. I highly recommend this place in general, but especially so if you need a root canal and are concerned about it being painful. The doctor used a numbing gel before injecting the local anesthetic and I felt literally nothing other than slight pressure and some split-second minor pinching. Hopefully I never see another endodontist at all because my teeth stay healthy but if I ever do this will be the first office I look into."

This was my first time visiting—no referrals, just my husband’s insurance—but after doing some research and saying a prayer, I took a chance, and I’m so glad I did. The staff is incredibly friendly, the procedure was painless, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. The office is also spotless—so clean and well-sterilized, which made me feel even more at ease. And the doctor? Absolutely incredible! The appointment handling was a little over explanatory (patients shouldn't be made to feel responsible for / stuck between their regular office, referral office, and wonderment of the payment system), however I am thankful - this is a really nice facility and I am glad that this is where I was referred out to."

"I absolutely loved that Dr. Scott is a country music singer while doing root canals. He took really good care of me. Raven made me comfortable while going through the procedure. I would definitely recommend Dr. Scott if you are need of endo. The front staff Tara and Kristen was very welcoming upon my arrival. That is the most important part of the visit to me, is how you are treated by the front staff. Thank you so much for nice smiles!!"

"Memphis Endodontics is the absolute BEST!! The front desk staff Tara and Staci will greet you with smiles and efficiency! They make the check-in process easy and work very hard to prevent duplication of paperwork. They remind you of your visit in advance and verify your insurance coverage, so there are no surprise charges on the day of treatment. Dr. Christian Cain performed services for me on two occasions and is very thorough and detailed in his work and explanations of treatment. I would recommend the East location, Mt. Moriah team for your Endodontics needs!"

The Dentist stayed late, did my procedure that has me feeling completely improved and I can't be more appreciative of his willingness professionalism and kindness. He did my procedure today because I could not get off from work for several days. He stayed and helped me when I know he was getting ready to go home to his family.
